Frank Shannon, MD, FACS

Frank Shannon, MD is a cardiovascular surgeon practicing at the William Beaumont Hospital and is an Associate Professor of Surgery at Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine. He is the Chief of Cardiovascular Surgery Research and Quality Programs at Beaumont and has authored numerous publications in cardiovascular surgery. He is a clinical reviewer for the Annals of Thoracic Surgery and member of the Society of Thoracic Surgery Quality Committee.  Dr. Shannon earned his MD from Mount Sinai School of Medicine and recently obtain his Masters in Health Care Analytics from UC Berkley.
